We are committed to integrate value into community by unique and trustworthy constructions. Constantly developing and expanding our services, we increased our ability to innovate, and today we provide complex engineering solutions on a large scale to national and international investors, as well.
Our portfolio consists of works reflecting the intense desire to make things differently. Due to our enthusiastic and persistently hard-working team, made up by engineers, administrative staff and outworkers, we can face the challenge of constructing and reconstructing long standing buildings.
We have collaborated with several internationally renowned companies such as Eptisa, KESZ, CEH TERVEZO, BERUHAZO ES KIVITELEZO ZRT., MERTEK, FUTUREAL, BILFINGER-TEBODIN BUDAPEST KFT and has accumulated in the portfolio emblematic works such as:
- designing the first shopping and entertainment center in the northwest of the country
- designing the best hotel restaurant in Europe
- offering general contractor services for the largest shopping center handed over in 2017 in Romania
By presenting the most significant works as main references, we express our serious intention of collaborating on Your project in Târgu-Mureș.
Multinvest, as General Contractor, has done over 35 million euros in over 10 projects. A young and professional team looking forward to the new challenges of the complexity of the works and the deadlines imposed by the investors. The most relevant works in the commercial field are Nest Shopping center in Miercurea Ciuc, two Shopping Centers in Târgu-Mureș and Bistrița, Lidl Shopping Centers, Hirschmann Automotive I and II, CIE Matricon, Uniprest industrial projects, Multinvest Business Center I and Multinvest Business Center II office buildings.
